As part of our business — in particular the sale, rental and assembly of mobile halls, pagodas and Röder roofing systems — we process the following categories of personal data:

a) Identification and contact data

  • first name, surname, title
  • business name, Company ID, VAT ID (for business entities)
  • registered office or place of business address
  • e-mail address, phone number
  • billing and delivery address

b) Business relationship data

  • data on enquiries, orders and contracts
  • payment data (bank account number for invoice payments)
  • communication with the customer (e-mails, meeting records)
  • data on completed projects and complaints

c) Data collected automatically from the website

  • IP address, browser type and operating system
  • information about your website visit collected via cookies (see Section 7)
  • referral links from which you arrived at the website

4. To Whom We Disclose Your Data

We may disclose your personal data, to the extent strictly necessary, to the following categories of recipients:

  • Processors — providers of accounting, IT and cloud services, web hosting and e-mail infrastructure, who process the data under a data processing agreement
  • Subcontractors and contractual partners — transport companies and assembly firms, to the extent necessary for the delivery of goods and the performance of assembly
  • Manufacturer Röder HTS Höcker GmbH (Germany) — only to the extent necessary for the technical coordination of an order
  • Public authorities — the tax office, courts and law-enforcement bodies, in the course of fulfilling legal obligations

We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We generally do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA); any such transfer would take place only with the safeguards set out in Article 44 et seq. of the GDPR.

5. Your Rights

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights, which you may exercise at any time:

  • Right of access — you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process your data, and a copy of it (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification — you have the right to have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure — the right to be forgotten in cases where the data is no longer needed (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing — in cases laid down by law (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability — the right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object — to processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Right to withdraw consent — consent may be withdrawn at any time, as easily as it was given
  • Right to lodge a complaint — with the supervisory authority (the Office for Personal Data Protection)

How to exercise your rights: Send your requests in writing to the company’s registered address or electronically to sekretariat@diamantexpo.cz. We will handle your request within 30 days at the latest; this period may be extended by a further two months in the case of exceptionally complex requests. We will inform you of any such extension.

6. Security of Personal Data

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing — in particular:

  • encrypted connection (HTTPS / TLS) for all web traffic
  • secured access to information systems using passwords and multi-factor authentication
  • regular backups and system updates
  • training of employees in the area of personal data protection
  • conclusion of data processing agreements with our processors
